Auditions to be held on Monday, 16 November 2009 for the position of Bassoon (Section Player).

Venue: TQO’s studios at 53 Ferry Road, West End Queensland.

An accompanist will be provided on the audition day

Audition requirements:
• First and Second Movements of the Mozart Concerto for Bassoon in B flat, with cadenzas;
• Orchestral excerpts available from one month prior to the audition;
• Excerpts will be available on website: or in hard copy on request.

Salary package from AUD$ 49,337 to AUD$ 64,076 including superannuation up to 12% (conditions apply), plus allowances.

Positions are only open to Australian permanent residents or New Zealand citizens.

The Norwegian Radio Orchestra (Principal Conductor Thomas S?nderg?rd) seeks

Associate principal clarinet with obligation to play bass clarinet.

Required repertoire:
W. A. Mozart: Clarinet concerto, 1st movement.
J. S. Brahms: Clarinet sonata no. 1 in F minor (op.120), 2nd
movement.

Orchestral excerpts (both clarinet and bass clarinet). The audition will take place in Oslo on October 26th and 27th, 2009. The Orquestra do Norte (ON) is, since 1992, the reality of the musical culture decentralized project.
